He listen to what we were looking for and helped us develop a very workable timeline to get the home ready for the spring market. We met in early March with plans to hit the market the end of May. As we worked on all those things you need to do he worked on his end maintaining ongoing communication and weekly check-ins. He used some of the Coldwell Banker programs and got our home out there thru their exclusive showing. What do you know, it worked! We were weeks away from the final parts of the timeline and we got an offer, the end of April. With his help we negotiated a final offer that met all our needs. It was hard to say goodbye to the home we had made 25+ years of family memories in but we are happy that a new family can create their new memories.
