Cash Offer Program

The Cash Offer Program is a program offered by the John Schuster Group where the John Schuster Group and/or its third-party investors may make a cash offer to the Seller for the purchase of said property.

Seller agrees that the John Schuster Group may collect data and share Seller’s name, property address, email, phone number and other applicable information with third-party investors to determine if Seller’s property is eligible to receive a cash offer. Seller understands that the John Schuster Group and third-party investors may use this information to secure a cash offer for the Seller’s property.

Seller understands that not all homes will qualify for a cash offer and agrees that the John Schuster Group and third-party investors are not obligated to provide the Seller with a cash offer under the Cash Offer Program. Seller understands that the Seller has the right to reject any offer that the Seller receives under the Cash Offer Program.

To possibly receive a Cash Offer through this program, you must enter into a seperate listing agreement with Coldwell Banker Realty, we will then photograph and/or shoot video of your property to submit to 3rd party investors to obtain a possible offer. The John Schuster Group reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
