It was a wonderful experience working with both Chris Neill and Cassidy LeDuc. They were both very professional in explaining the home-selling process and in communicating upcoming steps. I was very pleased with the marketing effort as roughly thirty showings were scheduled immediately after listing and multiple offers were received within three days for over the asking price. The service and communication were great and we were extremely happy with the process and results. I highly recommend this group!

Abby and Tim were quick, responsive and very successful in selling our house in three days. After the offer, their attention to every single detail was meticulous. Our roof needed to be redone and they had the connections to get it done in 1.5 days from one of the best companies. They were connected to every business we needed when an inspection needed to be done whether it was testing the water or hiring the best photographer to showcase our unique property.
