John Schuster

Our business philosophy is simple: We strive to deliver a positive experience for every customer. This is accomplished through the collaborative efforts of our team members, who are dedicated to the success of your housing transaction. John and his team sell more homes than 99.9% of all other agents while striving to be the best real estate team in the Twin Cities. Bonnie Willeck

Bonnie is a highly experienced, licensed real estate agent and a Team Leader with the John Schuster Group. She has a versatile skill set and vast knowledge of the Twin Cities market. Bonnie and her family reside in Eden Prairie, where she has also had immense success in selling within the Bearpath community. Bonnie is known for her calm demeanor, professionalism, and being your biggest advocate. She takes pride in providing excellent customer service and bringing clarity to every transaction. She has mastered the art of negotiations, which always has her clients coming on top. Clients feel at ease with Bonnie knowing that their needs are being taken care of. When Bonnie is not busy working, she enjoys going to Gopher sporting events, going to the movies, and visiting the North Shore.

Kieren Evensen

Kieren is a Minneapolis native, and after moving to the West Coast, Kieren now calls Uptown home. He is a prompt advocate for his clients. He connects people with their dream home, whether it is your first home purchase or tenth. He is praised for being patient, communicative and thorough throughout the transaction process. When Kieren is not focusing on work, he enjoys skiing and staying active.

Sterling Donley

Sterling has been a licensed real estate agent for 10 years and helps clients with both the buying and selling process. He has lived in the Twin Cities for 30 years and has extensive knowledge of the area. Clients enjoy working with Sterling for his diligence, hard work and patience to assist them. His goal is to make clients feel comfortable throughout the transaction by providing exceptional customer service. Outside of real estate, Sterling enjoys spending time with his family, participating in community events and finding new dining experiences.

When he isn’t working, Tim enjoys family time with his wife and children, cooking, golf, ice hockey, working out, and spending time with his friends.

Cassidy LeDuc

Cassidy is a licensed real estate agent with a customer service background and a passion for people. She enjoys getting to know clients and getting a little peek inside their lives to help them get to the next step in life by finding their dream home. Cassidy is dedicated, determined and personable. Her goal with clients is to make the transaction smooth, stress-free, and to keep the focus on you! She is a support system and book of knowledge to effortlessly get clients through the transaction process. Cassidy is a dog lover, socialite, and stays active through yoga and running.

Tim Sabin

Tim is a licensed real estate agent with a passion to help people. Being a licensed inside sales agent within the team, he is a first (and continued) point of contact throughout the stages of buying or selling. He is recognized for making clients a top priority and strives to see they are well taken care of. He believes high communication and integrity is of upmost importance as you are a team with your agent. When Tim is not assisting clients, he enjoys family time, fishing, cooking, and being an actively playing musician.

Chris Neill

Chris is a licensed real estate agent, who specializes in helping sellers. He grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, but has called the Twin Cities home for the past ten years. Chris is a dedicated agent. He provides the utmost level of service and care to each client. He enjoys the unique challenges of every transaction, and he works tirelessly to fulfill his client's goals. Chris resides in Minnetonka with his family and French Mastiff. If Chris is not in the office, he enjoys camping, hiking, running, playing golf, and perusing the Twin Cities restaurant scene.

Jeff Giller

Jeff is a licensed real estate agent and native Minnesotan. Mike Favre

Growing up in a family of Realtors, taking this career path inherently is something I've always wanted to pursue. I began my professional real estate career at the age of 23 in beautiful Boulder, Colorado working at Remax of Boulder and absolutely loved it there. Being a Midwestern boy at heart and having my entire family be from La Crosse, WI, it was clear for me to move back closer to home. What I love most about real estate is being able to connect with people on an interpersonal level to truly help them find comfort in their lives. I like to think I attack real estate with a highly professional attitude, and empower my clients with the knowledge and tools they need in order to reach their goals.

Kaitlyn Michaels

Kaitlyn is a licensed real estate agent with a background in teaching. During her time as a teacher she was constantly trying to ensure each student had exactly what they needed to be successful, which is the mentality she brings when helping her clients. Kaitlyn approaches each client with positivity, enthusiasm, and willingness to do whatever is needed to get the job done. Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her 1 year old daughter, her husband, and her two dogs. She likes to stay active by boating in the summer, and skiing in the winter.

Steve Varhol

Steve is a high-producing, award winning Realtor that covers the Twin Cities and surrounding communities. As a full-time Realtor, it is Steve's mission to empower his clients through teaching and education so that they may make the best decision possible, when buying, selling, or investing in real estate. His clients describe Steve as extremely transparent, trustworthy, personable and tenacious. Steve lives in the north metro with his two daughters. His youngest daughter is active in fastpitch softball and volleyball and his oldest daughter is currently enrolled in the National Guard.
